Registration for Explorers and Little Explorers is now open through June 30 at 4pm, or until an individual program reaches capacity. An annual non-refundable $50 registration fee is required to secure your student a place in the program. This fee gives you access to our full program, and discounts on non-school day and vacation week programming.
All of our programs will be run through Arux - a simple, desktop and mobile-friendly portal that gives you access to manage registrations, information, and schedules.
To get started on your registration using Arux, follow these steps:
Visit framinghamk12.arux.app
Set up your profile by selecting “Sign In” and use the link to “Create one now.”
Complete the Register a New Account form.
Once your profile is set up and you are logged in, register your student in Arux by selecting your desired program to view the program landing page.
From the Explorers program landing page, select Enroll Now and complete the enrollment steps for each student.
At the end of the registration process, your request (called a contract in Arux) will be pending approval from the Explorers team. Contracts will be approved throughout June and early July - we appreciate your patience. When the Explorers team has approved the contract, you will receive an email confirmation of the approval and be charged the $50 fee. If you applied and are approved for a scholarship, this will reflect when the contract is approved. Voucher families will not be charged the registration fee.

Registration allows us to ensure appropriate staffing for when programming begins. If your student is registered and switches schools during the registration window, their schedule will be guaranteed at their new school. Explorers transfers after June 30 at 4pm will only be accommodated if availability and staffing capacity allow.
To qualify to register, all balances (including late fees) from the 2024-2025 school year must be paid in full. If there is a balance from the 2024-2025 school year, it must be paid prior to June 30th, otherwise your student’s registration will not be approved and won't be eligible to reenroll until payment is received; pending enrollment and staffing capacities.
Scholarship applications and inclusion requests are a part of the registration process and all information will be on the registration. Please note: families who request a scholarship or inclusion support are not guaranteed assistance. Scholarship funds are limited and inclusion support goes through a review process.
Tuition rates can be found here. Little Explorers sites have a flat rate of $550/month, aligned with the tuition from our Partnerships for Early Learners locations. The rate covers morning and afternoon programming on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays.
