The District is currently launching the search process for the next Assistant Superintendent for Pk-12 Education. Families will be receiving this information this afternoon. If you want to participate in an Interview Committee interview candidates for the new Assistant Superintendent, be sure to apply by Friday, March 21, 2025. 

You can also participate in the process by helping identify what we are seeking in an Assistant Superintendent for Pk-12. Along with having the option to complete a Focus Group Survey , there will be three focus groups for different stakeholders. If you wish to participate, please arrive at the Farley Auditorium on the date below that coincides with your role in the community.

Educators Focus Group: 3/25 Farley Auditorium - 4 pm to 5 pm

Administrators Focus Group: 3/26 Farley Auditorium - 4 pm to 5 pm

Community Focus Group: 3/27 Farley Auditorium - 4 pm to 5 pm

Want to be part of a team that will help with the process of identifying the new leadership for Pk-12 Education across the district?  This is an important opportunity to engage in a collaborative process that will help us determine the next Assistant Superintendent for Pk-12 Education. Framingham Public Schools (FPS) encourages you to express your interest to serve in this critical process.  

We are seeking up to 12 volunteers to serve on the Assistant Superintendent for Pk-12 Education interviews. All meetings will be in-person. Coverage will be provided for educators by the District. At the end of the interviews, selected candidates will be recommended to meet with the Superintendent and his Cabinet.

If you wish to be considered, please complete the Application below by Friday, March 21, 2025. Screening/Interview Committees will be notified on March 25, 2025.

All Interview Committee members must undergo a full training, which includes an anti-bias training, and commit to a significant amount of time. All meetings will be IN PERSON. Coverage will be provided for educators by the District. However, due to the nature of some positions, staff may need to make up special education services for students at a later time.
