We are proud to share that fourteen Framingham Public Schools educators have been selected as honorees for the Chris Walsh Center for Educators and Families 5th Anniversary Celebration. These awards recognize outstanding educators, caregivers, and advocates who work towards ensuring that every learner—including students with disabilities, gifted students, and those with unmet needs—has the opportunity to succeed.

This year, 30 educators and caregivers across Massachusetts are being recognized for their contributions. FPS educators have been awarded across the following two categories:

Lift Every Learner Award for Advocacy and Community Engagement — This award honors educators and advocates who go above and beyond to ensure that all students, regardless of ability or circumstance, are supported in their learning journey. It recognizes those who build strong partnerships with families and communities, creating inclusive environments where every learner can thrive.

Defy Gravity Award for Innovative Teaching and Impact — This award celebrates educators whose innovative teaching practices transform classrooms into places of inspiration and growth. It highlights those who break barriers, uplift students, and reimagine education in ways that foster creativity, equity, and high achievement.

Please join us in congratulating the honorees!
